Santa

Angel was able to see Santa while we were at the Gaylord Palms. She was so cute when she was telling him what she wanted for Christmas. She was standing in front of him just talking away - i got it on video. She finally sat in his lap for the picture.

Polar Bear Express

I helped chaperone Angel's first field trip today. We went to see Polar Express at the IMAX theater and then ate a picnic lunch. Luckily, I was assigned a tame group of girls so it was a pretty easy assignment. Angel was a bit scared of some parts of the movie and kept asking to go home. But she liked when Santa was in the movie. Really cute movie so her first field trip was a succcess, although I was waiting for her to freak out when I had to leave.

FCC ladies luncheon and ornament exchange

Today we had our annual FCC ladies luncheon and ornament exchange. It was alot of fun. We met at a local restaurant and had lunch and yummy dessert, then exchanged ornaments. I love my ornament. It is a little picture frame that says Our Family 2008. This is my 3rd year attending and maybe my favorite time. It was nice seeing everyone - some that I haven't seen in a while. Oh just remembered, I have leftover dessert in my fridge - not for long!!!

Funny

I told Angel that she could put the Snowman table by the front door - this is what I saw when I went in there! I just thought that was so funny.

Oh Christmas Tree!

I finally got the Christmas tree up. Josh and Angel put the first ornament on last night- my new favorite ornament. Josh bought it for me at ICE - it lights up and the colors change. Pretty.

It was getting late so I promised Angel I would not decorate the tree without her, so today we put on a few more ornaments. Still more to do but we will get to it this weekend.

Student of the Week!!

Angel got the Student of the Week award today!! She was so excited and proud as she should be. She absolutely loves her teacher!
