Warming up with Z
Today Angel ran in the local River Run 1 mile fun run. She had a blast and did great. I told her that I had to run/walk with her since it was a mile and I wasn't sure of the route. I think I held her back, she kept saying "Hurry up Mom". The River Run is a 15K run that has taken place for several years. We went with K and C and met some other friends there as well.

Way to go, Angel! So sorry we didn't meet up with you guys after the race...can't believe how many people were there yesterday.
The River Run sounds like it was fun, wish I'd known about it for my kids (I should check into things more often)...same goes with the Globetrotters! My boys would have been in heaven...I need to find out what YOU'RE doing more often!
Great job! Good finish! Maybe get us involved too!
