Build a Bear

Tonight we visited Build a Bear so Angel could spend her gift card, one of her birthday gifts. Last time we visited, she picked out a dog to stuff, and dressed it in her favorite Superhero, Spiderman!

So I was curious to see what she would do this time. Well initially she picked out a brown dog to stuff, then she spotted this really cute, sparkly, pink unicorn. So she decided she wanted this one instead. I am thinkin, yes maybe this time she will dress it in something girly or at least in a cute bathing suit!!

Well she stuffed it, added it's heart, washed it so it was time to pick out an outfit. She looked and looked and kept coming back to a basketball outfit! However, all of a sudden, she saw this black leather Batman outfit and that was it. She wanted that one. So what was I to do? We proceeded to dress this cute, pink unicorn in a black leather Batman outfit! And she also purchased it a skateboard. She is one of a kind and I love it!!

Wonderful visit with friends

We had such a great time with Michele and family! They were cruising out of our town and were able to come a day early and spend time with us. Michele and I have been friends since 3rd grade. We have so much fun and laugh so much when together. We just get each other.

Michele is also Angel's Godmother, so it was a special time for all of us. I hope they have a wonderful time cruising!

Catherine's bday party

Cute party idea. Catherine's party was held at a pottery studio. The kids got to pick out a small pottery piece to plant. Yes of course, Angel picked a basketball!! Too bad they didn't have Spiderman. They had a great time painting.

Friday night pool party

Tonight Melissa hosted a fun pool party at her house. We ate pizza and snacks, swam and watched Nemo on the big outdoor screen. All the kids had a blast!! Thanks Melissa for such a fun time.

Last day in Kindergarten!

Today Angel finished Kindergarten. I cannot believe how fast this year went. It seems like she just started. She is excited to go to first grade and to her summer camp! This girl likes to stay busy. I am so proud of all that she has accomplished this year. She has come a long way since coming home two years ago.
