Today brought more fun! We started with cny dance practice and then back to the neighborhood for the Christmas party, complete with Santa arriving via fire truck. Angel saw Santa yet again - I think this is the fourth time! She keeps asking how he gets to so many places. Then the girls made some crafts and played a little ping pong. Afterwards we celebrated Carol's bday with dinner with C and K and C's mom.

Today Angel had her first Chinese New Year dance practice (pix to follow) and afterwards we picked Josh up and headed to see Santa. I love this Santa setup, it is in a little house and is just so cute. Angel was so excited and kept practicing what she was going to ask for. Josh and I posed for a picture too to use on our Christmas card.

Santa posing for a picture with another family - Santa looking through the window behind the kids - cute idea. Angel was so excited that he came out.

Tea Party, Snowball Dance, Lights

Wow a busy day today. It started off with Chinese lessons in the morning.
Then early afternoon it was time for Julia's Tea Party. Judith and Julia hosted the girls so that the moms could get some shopping done. From what I hear, the girls had a blast. They did crafts, played outside, read books, exchanged gifts and just had fun.
Afterwards, it was time to head to Angel's Snowball dance at her school. It was beautifully decorated, the food was yummy and everyone had a wonderful time.
Then later we went riding around with J and J, looking at lights. We found a couple of houses that were just fabulous. One had their lights synchronized with a radio station so we tuned in and watched the fabulous show.

Angel with the Advent Calendar. We have never done this before so decided to give it a try this year. There is a little piece of chocolate behind each door.

Angel's school had a Santa Shop today where kids can purchase small items for a couple of dollars for family. She bought things for me, Josh, grandma and Aunt Melissa. She put them under the tree to wait for Christmas...so cute, she was so excited.
