Love my new fridge

If you find yourself needing a new fridge anytime soon, I highly recommend the french door freezer on bottom kind. So much better than the side by side I had. Ours died so we were forced to get another one and I love it!

End of summer pool party

After the airport, we headed to Amy's house for a end of summer pool party. The kids had a great time in the pool.

Back to School - 2nd and 11th

Josh and Angel went back to school today. Angel started 2nd grade and Josh started 11th. Unbelievable! Both were excited and ready to go back to school. For that I am thankful and pray we all have a good year.

Angel wanted me to walk her to her class today so I did. She walked right into her room and was greated by several friends.

Book Club night and busy weekend

We started off Friday night with some back to school shopping and then dinner.

I got up Saturday morning and decided to get groceries early and get it out of the way. Well when I returned from the store, I was met with a refrigerator that was not quite right! Kept hoping it might "start working right again" but that didn't happen. So off to buy a new one. Not what I wanted to do at this point but being without a fridge is not top of my list. Luckily we have good neighbors that let me store my newly bought items in their freezer.

Glad it was book club night - I really needed that. Angel hung with Kimberly while Carol, Raina and I made our way to Book Club to meet up with several other friends. One of the best book clubs ever! I will let the pictue speak for itself!


Sunday the new fridge was delivered early and we were able to make it to the "back to school" party at our neighborhood pool. Then to church that evening and out to eat again, since our fridge was still cooling off.

Angel met her teacher today. She seems really sweet and my girl is so excited to be starting back to school.

FCC Monthly Dinner

Fun dinner tonight! The kids loved the craft (making a visor) and good conversation with good friends. Afterwards a bunch of us went to the bookstore to hang out.

Beach night

Tonight we decided on a whim to go to the beach after work and camp. We picked up some dinner and headed east. We only live a few miles from the beach. Josh and Angel played some football and then a little girl came over to play with Angel.

Mom is home!

This weekend we headed to NC - Mom came home from Medical rehad after almost 4 months. She is doing so good and we are so proud of her!
