Laurie's shower

Our dear friend Laurie is going to China soon to get her precious Hannah and we attended her baby shower today. Angel and a couple of other cuties "helped" Laurie open her presents. They were opening faster than we could even see what was inside!!

First Day of First Grade

Angel was SOOO excited to start first grade. She got up on her own this morning! I had a few more supplies to take in so I walked her in (can't get away with that much longer!). She had a great first day!

Today miss K spent the morning with us, her mom had to go to a funaral. The girls had a blast playing dressup, slip and slide, bubbles, sandbox, beads, you name it. They got along really well.

Our week in review

This has been a cray hectic week! Monday was Josh's school orientation, Tuesday was Angel's readoption ceremony, Thursday was Angel's cleft clinic and Friday was the day to meet her teacher. Our friend Jennifer came over Friday evening and we went out for dinner. Busy but great week.

Recognition of Foreign Adoption - Readoption

Today we had Angel's Readoption ceremony. It was such a special day for us.

Beach and dinner

Today we rolled out of bed and hit the beach with some friends. Had a blast for a few hours.
















Later we met the FCC group for dinner. We had a great turn out again this month. I think the kids have a good time.

After dinner, a few of us went to the bookstore. The girls had a blast putting on a pretend "show".

Mid-week fun

Tonight we met our friends J and J for dinner and a little pool time. We went to a local pizza place and the girls were able to play with the dough at the counter. They had a ball.

Later we went to the pool. What a nice night, the girls swam and the mom's had time to talk.

Twins bday party

Today we celebrated Sienna and Rae Rae's 5th birthday. They had a party at the Y and the kids had a great time. They danced, painted, played, ate, played more. It was great.
